An entrepreneur with an insatiable appetite for hard work, Nitesh has over 20 years’ front-line experience in sales and marketing and building businesses – “Bricks & Mortar” and “Online”. In 1989 he started his own business – an IT Support Services Company, selling IT solutions to banks and financial institutions internationally. Within months of starting, UK became “enveloped” in one of the worst recessions known where businesses were forced to their knees in an untrustworthy declining economic climate. Daily news extolled the risks and weaknesses associated with developing SME’s and extensive media coverage was awarded to “big businesses collapsing” in all industry sectors..

Rather than adopt the normal SME defensive approach Nitesh’ s chose the opposite and ventured forward in unchartered waters by pushing ahead with strategic marketing activities and embarking on new initiatives to “recession proof” his company. This determination & close management style steered the business to success leading to the takeover of competitors firms displaced by the economic downturn. The Company was awarded Plc status in 1996.
Nitesh understands the constant pressures senior managers and executives are under and offers sincere yet “brutally honest “advice. He has held various posts within companies including executive and non executive directorships where management and mentor support played a vital role in delivering front line services.
Nitesh provides ongoing support & Consultancy to many organisations where a somewhat Innovative approach is required.
